The Bible Is Replete Of Women Who Were Described As Very Beautiful. We Are Told In The Bible That

(1) Sarah Was Beautiful

".......he Said Unto Sarah His Wife, Behold Now, I Know That Thou At Fair (beautiful) To Look Upon." -Genesis 12:11. In Verses 14-15 Of Genesis 12 The Egyptians Saw The Beauty Of Sarah And Commended Her Before Pharaoh. Sarah Was Taken To Pharaoh's House Because Of Her Beauty.

(2) Rebekah Was Beautiful

It Was Said Of Her In The Bible "And The Damsel Was Very Fair (beautiful) To Look Upon, A Virgin, Neither Had Any Man Known Her... "-Genesis 24:16

(3) Rachel Was Beautiful

"....but Rachel Was Beautiful And Well Favoured" -Genesis 29:17b

(4) Esther Was Beautiful

We All Know That Esther Won The Beauty Contest Organized To Choose A Queen For King Ahasuerus By Her Beauty Coupled With The Grace Of God On Her Life.

"Now The Name Of The Man Was Nabal; And The Name Of His Wife Abigail: And She Was A Woman Of Good Understanding And Of A Beautiful Countenance........" 1 Samuel 25:3

Physical Beauty Is Therefore A Good Thing Because We Serve A God Of Beauty Who Loves Beauty And Created All Things Beautifully, Especially Women.

It Is Indisputable That Not Only In Bible Times Were Women Beautiful But In Our Days There Are Even More Beautiful Women In Appearance Than Ever. More Also Beauty Can Now Even Be Bought From The Shop.
However, Beauty Goes Beyond The Physical Appearance; It Goes Beyond The Skin, Body Complexion, Clothing Or Fashion, Make-ups, Hair-dos, Perfumes And The Rest.

Physical Beauty Is Good And Admirable, But Excellent Beauty Is Found Only In The Virtues (or Moral Goodness) Of A Woman. We May Have Our Own Standards As To What Actually Constitutes Beauty But That Is Not Really Important. What Is Paramount Here Is "WHAT IS BEAUTY IN THE EYES OF THE LORD?"
